It is with pride and great emotion I announce that Rozen and I have decided to leave Axxair Group and sell it to a new ownership in order to support the Company in growing to the next level.
For nearly 25 years we have built together an exciting human adventure full of enthusiasm and innovation. It is thanks to our valuable employees and all our distribution partners that AXXAIR is now recognized as a global brand for thin wall welding and cutting applications.
As we move into the next phase of our lives, we are handing over AXXAIR to S.F.E Group, an international conglomerate led by Aidan Tagliaferro, President of S.F.E Group, who will continue to work with you and grow the relationships, brand and company aggressively. S.F.E Group is full of ambition, ideas and energy and we have confidently identified them as the right fit to take Axxair to the next level whilst continuing the same experience you are used to today.

S.F.E. Group is proud to announce the acquisition of the Axxair Group, a privately held company based near Valence, France.
Axxair Group are leading innovators and manufacturers of Orbital tube and pipe cutting & welding solutions since 1997. Headquartered in France, they also have subsidiaries in Germany, USA, South Korea, and China with a global strength of 65 employees.
S.F.E. Group was founded in 2019 after the merger of three world leading OEM’s in the field of pipe fabrication tooling and machinery; TAG Pipe Equipment Specialist Ltd (UK), Mathey Dearman Inc (USA) and B&B Pipe and Industrial Tools LLC (USA). The S.F.E. Group offers a wide range of products and continues to add new products through R&D and add-on acquisitions to enhance its portfolio and to fulfill increasing industry demands.
